Loyalty Card is a 16 digit coded card. Using Loyalty Card we attempt to reach to the common man to provide world-class diagnostic services at a very affordable cost. The Loyalty cardholder is a privileged customer of Thyrocare and is eligible to get a 20% discount on any of the diagnostic tests or profiles tested at Thyrocare. Activation is required before using the card.

The primary cardholder is allowed to add up to 4 family members as secondary members with him / her and get benefited.

How to activate?

Once the card is activated, the cardholder and secondary members are eligible to get 20% as discounts on their services availed from Thyrocare.
To activate the card, SMS the Loyalty Card number to 9870666333 or call to 022 2762 2762 or email: loyalty@thyrocare.com or click here to activate online. The card holder needs to give full postal address with pincode, date of birth and contact numbers for activation. Similarly, availing the services also is simple. It also can be done through SMS or a phone call to the above mentioned numbers or click here to book online. Our customer service team will arrange for a service by your nearest Thyrocare Service Provider.
